Fast Food? Is it A Wise Choice?

Thanks to Allah, for giving me another chance to post another entries on my blog. After through a hectic week as a student, full with assignment, without proper nutritional care, I realize that work will never run out. Always coming and coming. Busy work makes people do not keep eating properly and they think by choosing fast food is the best decision for them because the preparation is easy and available in anywhere. Consumption of fast food too often will be harmful to their health, also will cost quite a lot of money. Without realizing it, taking it too frequently will cause variety of diseases especially obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure.

Mc Donald, KFC, Burger King and Subway are among the well-known among Malaysians. Premises which are easily available and preparation of food quickly make it suitable with our busy lives. Fast food restaurants are now growing like mushrooms after rain. This is because many factors for its growth such as strategic location, the services offered and the price is reasonable.

Nowadays, our community's nutrition are generally affected by time constraints faced by our society. Many of them are running out of time to prepare meals at their home. If observed wisely, can fast food rival with the nourishment of a home-cooked meal? Of course the answer is not. This trend becomes worrying because many people practicing  it in their daily lives without thinking the effects of the consumption of fast food. It cannot be denied that most fast foods have a flavor that attracts us to try it. The delicious's taste makes customer feels addicted to try it many times.

Patterns of proper nutrition should be started during childhood. Correct nutrition determines our health in the future. Proverb also says that intelligent brain comes from a healthy body. Once again affirmed, consuming too much fast food can give bad effect to our body. Therefore, we should eat what Islam has been recommended to us which is simplicity in diet. We as a muslim's consumer, should be wise in choosing the best food to ourselves and give priority in HALAL so our health will guaranteed.

My first topic about this blog is health.

According to WHO , stands for World Health Organization, health means perfect condition that comes from physical, mental, social and spiritual. It is important in order to determine our happiness in daily life. As a human, we should realize that health is a guarantee for a more prosperous life and in order to get a best health, healthy lifestyle is the main key. Perfect healthy lifestyle may reduce our exposure to the diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Everyone is talking about living in healthy life but only a few actually practicing this living art.  Some other people define health is who does not smoke, always do physical exercise, has a healthy weight and eat healthy food. So, how many of us do all these things?

We are still young, why we should practice a healthy lifestyle? We can eat what we want !

When this question comes to your mind, what will your answer? We all know how teenager’s life run right? Full of enjoy, laughing and sometimes it comes with a lot of pressure. Teenagers should remember that the healthy habits they adopt now will carry with them throughout the rest of their life. Parents play important roles in monitoring their child’s diet to ensure not consume unhealthy foods such as snacks. So, it is important to adopt healthy lifestyle in a young age.
